Detailed Information on BOD Stage Tryptophan Concentration Detection System
Tryptophan concentration detection system
BOD Station includes a CTV UviLux fluorescence meter and a wall mounted display storage unit Watchkeeper. BOD Station Pro includes two UviLux tryptophan fluorescence meters and UviLux CDOM fluorescence meters, used to distinguish tryptophan fluorescence in colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM).
UviLux fluorescence meter has industry sensitivity and is optimized for turbidity environments to minimize the impact of turbidity on measurement. The wall mounted Watchkeeper unit comes with a color touch screen that can display measurement data in real-time and record data. Watchkeeper provides up to 3 4-20 mA data transfer interfaces.

plant
Tryptophan is an important precursor substance for auxin biosynthesis in plants, and its structure is similar to IAA. It is widely present in higher plants. Can be achieved through
There are two pathways for tryptophan synthesis of auxin:
(1) Tryptophan is first oxidized and deaminated to form indole-3-acetone, and then decarboxylated to form indole-3-aldehyde; Indoleacetaldehyde is ultimately oxidized to indoleacetic acid under the catalysis of the corresponding enzyme.
(2) Tryptophan undergoes decarboxylation to form serotonin, which is then oxidized to form indole-3-acetic acid.
animal
Tryptophan can participate in the renewal of plasma proteins in animals, promote the action of riboflavin, and aid in the synthesis of niacin and heme. It can significantly increase antibodies in pregnant animal fetuses and promote lactation in lactating cows and sows. When livestock and poultry lack tryptophan, growth stagnates, weight loss occurs, fat accumulation decreases, and testicular atrophy occurs in male breeds. Used as a preventive and therapeutic agent for leprosy in medicine.
